🍩 Delta Academy Theme on Saturday, April 20, 2024: DONUT 🍩 Worry!

 👥 The girls shared an introduction about someone they admire.

 💡 Engaging in a game of Minute to Win It included covering topics such as Emotions, Coping Skills, Achievements, Career Goals, Mental Health, and Self-Care.

After engaging a Mental Health Taboo Game  💌 the young ladies participated in a letter activity.  This involved expressing through writing a letter to themselves, sharing their feelings, aspirations, goals, and advice for their future self. 

🍩 The session ended with the girls enjoying some delicious donuts!
